logoJob DescriptionAt Natek, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Project Manager for a leading medical technology company. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving projects to successful completion using data insights. The project is expected to last for 3 months, with a desired immediate start.
Your ResponsibilitiesData Gathering & Coordination – Work closely with managers to gather data related to their workers’ employment status.Proactively approach these managers to understand the current status of CWs, including their last working day and any other relevant employment information.Data Compilation & Reporting – Compile the data collected into a detailed, well-organized report that presents clear insights regarding CWs and their respective employment timelines.Ensure that the report is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to interpret, serving as a primary resource for further analysis.Data Analysis & Access Review – Analyze the compiled data by cross-referencing it with Active Directory (AD) records to identify potential instances of post-termination access to company systems.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that any suspicious or unauthorized activity is investigated and documented appropriately.Compliance & Risk Mitigation – Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that all data gathering, analysis, and reporting processes align with the company’s compliance requirements, especially in relation to SOX regulations.Provide recommendations based on findings to mitigate potential risks related to post-termination access.
