The Role

As a Data Analyst, your role involves gathering and analyzing data to create detailed reports and insights. You’ll build and manage automated reporting systems to ensure that stakeholders get accurate and timely information. Collaborating with business teams, you’ll identify important metrics and design clear dashboards and charts to present data effectively. You’ll also look for trends and issues to help improve processes and support business growth. In addition to handling special data requests and custom reports, you’ll make sure data is accurate and consistent across systems, and provide training and support for reporting tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports and meaningful insights.Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.Collaborate with business users to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.Design and develop visually appealing dashboards, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate data-driven insights.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and business growth.Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate custom reports as requested by stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems.Monitor and evaluate data quality to identify and address any data integrity Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities

Required Skills And Qualifications

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization techniques.Proven work experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in data analysis, data manipulation, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power Query, Power BI).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.Strong communication skills to effectively present complex information and collaborate with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and methodologies is preferred.Familiarity with CRM, and Reporting Interfaces. (e.g. various reporting platforms, salesforces &, etc.)
