ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement DataStage solutions as part of a cross-functional Scrum teamCollaborate with team members to integrate DataStage with other technologies such as IBM MDM and JavaContribute to the development of a group-wide solution that improves data quality and reduces manual effortEnsure the solution meets the requirements for credit processes, limit allocation, and reportingParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and apply SAFe practices in daily work
Requirements:Minimum 4 years of a professional experienceProven experience as a DataStage developerStrong proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languageA strong Agile mindset, with adherence to Scrum values; prior experience with SAFe is preferredAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentVery good command of English (oral and written)Experience with Java programming language – nice to haveExperience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus
