Job Title: GCP DevOps Engineer
Are you a skilled Cloud Engineer with a passion for innovation and a background in Tier 1 Banking? We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in GKE Orchestration, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more to help us build and optimize cloud-native solutions that drive our business forward.
Must-Have Skills:Tier 1 Banking Experience: Proven experience in a top-tier banking environment.GKE Orchestration (Kubernetes): Expertise in managing and orchestrating containers for microservices & microdatabases.CloudSQL & Terraform: Strong skills in database management and infrastructure as code.GCP Autoscaling: Experience in setting up autoscaling for dynamic workloads.Jenkins & Groovy: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.Cloud Security: Proficiency in Cloud Proxy, Firewall, DNS, Encryption, and HashiCorp Vault.Health Checks & Monitoring: Experience with StackDriver Config and Cloud Health Checks.CloudBuild & Docker: Proficiency in building and managing containers with Docker & Docker Compose.Linux Scripting: Strong command over Linux scripting for automation tasks.Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with SCRUM and experience with JIRA & Wiki Collaboration (e.g., Confluence).
Nice-to-Have Skills:Risk Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Risk domain and regulatory demands, preferably in Model Risk Space.GCP CloudRun & Micro-Frontends: Experience with GCP CloudRun and GKE Containers for Micro-Frontends.
