Job Overview
Enterprise Engineers build industry leading, highly intuitive software that underpin business functions across Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Security. Our products consistently influence the enterprise software industry by defining new standards for how our customers, internally and externally, relate to their daily work. We are looking for experienced Enterprise Engineers who share a passion for tackling complexity, coaching and mentoring others, while defining the strategy and vision that guide the team to develop complex transactional systems with high availability, data integrity, and reliability.
Enterprise Engineer Responsibilities:
Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to set the technical direction and create software that optimizes for business metricsCommunicate technology and product strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and leadershipBuild industry leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secureProduce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alertingConduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with standards and best practicesAnalyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resourcesFollow release management policies to ensure data integrity, compliance and system stability
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience building intuitive systems in Java, PHP, C++, Python or JavascriptExperience in understanding code bases, including API techniquesExperience with product design/systems designExperience building and supporting production quality softwareExperience owning projects from end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience working with code bases building micro services, REST APIs, GraphQLFamiliarity with JS technologies such as ReactJS, VueJS or AngularJSExperience modeling data flows between systems to enable transactional workflows and upstream/downstream integrationsExperience building secure software with auditable access controls and permissionsSQL experience in handling volumes of data, performance tuning
