As a Java Developer you will handle backend development (Spring, Java) in our Custom Developments team. You will work on business-critical applications that allow Manuchar to grow and further digitize and optimize in its ways of working.
Your main responsibilities are:Handling backend development (Spring, Java 17).Following the Manuchar coding standards for backend development.Investigating and solving technical back-end questions.Highlighting pitfalls and advantage of different technical solutions for the “to develop” UserStoryContributing to global and detail estimations for the “to develop” UserStories.Understanding the functional analysis and/or stepping in when functional analysis is not completely clear before developing.
Your profileYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with relevant experience as a senior developer.You have a broad experience in Java, Spring Boot and HibernateYou have experience in Microsoft SQL Server.You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.You are used to working in an Agile environment(scrum).You have strong communication skills and are successful in building good relations.You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.You work in an organized and structured way.Knowledge of DevOps and/or REACT is a plus.
