Requirements

Basic knowledge of SQLFamiliarity with Grafana and InfluxDB (preferable)Troubleshooting skillsAbility to work quickly under pressureKnowledge of English and Polish at a level enabling efficient communication in speech and writingGood communication skillsGood computers skills

Responsibilities

Monitoring of systems, services and products offered by ZENSwiftly reacting to detected issuesParticipating in 24/7 shiftsMaintaining and developing ZENs observability stackParticipating in incident management processesTech documentation creation
