Responsibilities:• Configure and maintain the Moogsoft AIOps platform to meet business requirements.• Develop and implement event management and correlation rules to identify and respond to incidents proactively.• Integrate Moogsoft with various monitoring tools and systems to consolidate alerts and events.• Monitor the performance and health of the Moogsoft platform, ensuring high availability and reliability.• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to design and implement automated workflows and remediation actions.• Analyze incident data and provide insights to improve system performance and reduce downtime.• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using the Moogsoft platform.• Stay updated with the latest developments in Moogsoft and AIOps technologies and recommend improvements.
Mandatory Skills Description:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering from reputable university• 2 to 4 years of experience as Software Testing Engineer at least 2 of them in Automation Testing• Solid understanding of testing process and deliverables• Experience in Test Management tools (ALM, Jira)• Experience in API Testing Automation tools (SOAPUI, Postman, Apache JMeter)• Experience in Test Automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured)• LINUX or Unix experience (proficient in using shell commands and navigate on the shell; no admin skills required)• Knowledge of SOAP• Knowledge of JMS• Knowledge of Java• SQL skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL)• Very good written and spoken English Solid problem solving and analytical skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Autonomous, strong ownership and drive to get things done• Eagerness to learn and adaptability to changes
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Knowledge of/ experience in Azure DevOps• Agile experience• ISTQB Certificate• ITIL methodology familiarity• Experience in working in multinational environment
