logoHere at CORUS we are looking for a KPI Reports Specialist to join our team in an international project.
The candidate’s key responsibilities will focus on collecting, maintaining, forecasting and reporting our KPIs.
Location: remote from Spain.
Duration: temporary, around 1 year

Your Role Develop all KPI reporting required for: Business Review preparation, annual and 3-year target setting, annual target assessment, HR reporting, Finance reporting, Investor Relations reporting, ad hoc requests (Bloomberg index, Dow Jones sustainability etc.).Forecast and scenario planning as the year progresses or given changes in KPI structure e.g. volume changes.Contribute to the quarterly Action Program reporting ensuring accurate and timely inputs and results which highlight gaps in performance.Developing and maintain an annual calendar of KPI reporting reflecting business processes, key decision points and business investment impacting KPI performance.Drive the combination of data sources to link metric with Financial KPIs strengthening relevance to decision making and impact on performance e.g. data modelling or correlation analysis linking KPIs with financials.Develop and maintain a systematic database which accurately maintains KPI targets and performance and enables clear access for the appropriate stakeholders.Translate analytic insights into concrete actionable recommendations, drawing conclusions for business improvement and influencing strategy effectively.
Required Skills and Experience Passionate and curious about data analysis & identifying insights to facilitate action planning.Ability to work with larger sets of data (like Excel, SPSS,…) to provide additional/ad-hoc analysis (creating cuts of data based on different stakeholder requirements in addition to agency results packs).Analytical mindset with ability to translate from numbers to business implications.Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., in business studies/administration, research, data science, psychology, behaviour science, customer or change management), 5 years+ of experience in analytics role.Experience of managing and delivering KPIs and analytics.Experience of building systematic processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting to all levels within the organization.Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy avoiding errors.Experience of conducting statistical analytics e.g. correlation or modelling to combined customer and financial data.
