This specialised role focuses on developing, deploying, and optimising machine learning operations (MLOps) across diverse client projects. You will be instrumental in creating robust, scalable, and automated ML pipelines that are critical for the deployment of AI models into production.Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers’ machine learning systems are not only designed for maximum efficiency but also adhere to best practices in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), safety and compliance for machine learning systems. You will work closely with data scientists & machine learning engineers to implement tools and processes that streamline the transition from experimental models to reliable production-level solutions.As part of your role, you will also assess and implement advanced MLOps tools and platforms, facilitate automated testing and monitoring of machine learning models, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Your goal will be to minimise friction in the ML lifecycle and maximise the reproducibility and reliability of our ML deployments.Collaboration with cloud architects and data engineers will be essential to integrate ML models seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructures and data platforms across various sectors. Your contributions will directly enhance our capability to deliver predictive insights and intelligent automation to our clients.

The SkillsYour professional background should include:A Master’s or equivalent through experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years in a role with a significant focus on machine learning operations within a consultancy or client-service environment.Expertise in implementing MLOps frameworks and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), or similar.Proven ability in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines specifically for machine learning projects.Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in other languages like Go or Rust considered beneficial.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding their use in scaling ML operations.Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Ability to work with large, complex datasets and real-time data processing systems.Experience with orchestration tools, such as Airflow, Prefect or Dagster, and best practices when using these tools.Familiarity with real-time endpoints and serverless computing for ML deployments.Experience with ML versioning tooling, including data versioning and model registries.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.Must hold EU citizenship or a permanent VISA.
