Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Robotics Engineer specializing in Perception Function to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, computer vision, and robotic perception, with a passion for solving complex problems in robotic sensing and navigation. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge radar AI systems that enable robots to perceive and interpret their surroundings with high accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize our radar perception systems to enhance environmental understanding. Implement and test radar and vision-based perception and mapping systems for robotic platforms in challenging environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radar perception systems into broader robotic systems. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or C++. Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. Experience with robotic perception and image processing algorithms. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with real-world 3D robotic vision. Experience with multimodal foundational models. Knowledge of outdoor SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping). Background in radar imaging or working with radar-like data. Publication record in relevant scientific conferences or journals, or extensive experience in deep learning in the industry.
