About the role:As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.We are a leading global product engineering and digital services company that unites 4000+ seasoned professionals globally on various projects in healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security. Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing organizations worldwide. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI. The role also involves integrating back-end data sources, ensuring efficient data flow, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with database management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizationsIntegrate, model, and transform data from various back-end sources (SQL, APIs, etc.)Design and optimize data structures for efficient reporting and analysisCollaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutionsEnsure data quality, performance tuning, and best practices for report development.Automate data refreshes and ensure seamless data pipelines

We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit!5+ years of experience within the Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics5+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tools – Power BIGood knowledge of data analysis in enterprises. Experience in BI consultancy for enterprise clientsExperience coding in SQLExperience participating in an Agile software development team, e.g. SCRUMDemonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independentlyAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with supporting data scientists and complex statistical use cases is highly desirable
Desirable:3+ years of expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure)Experience in data science and machine learningExperience in CI/CD configuration
